Introduction
Hi! Happy Holidays! Adam is getting so excited about Christmas. He already is at the stage where he wants everything he sees on TV. lol. Unfortunately our house does not look very Christmasy this year. Adam's little brother, Jacob, is a walking hurricane, and I just know that if I put up all the decorations they would be torn to smithereens. I didn't even put up the big tree in fear that it would end up on someone's head. I hear tell that my dear husband once did that when he was a child. Like father, like son, I guess. Adam doesn't seem to mind. I put up a small tree in the living room on top of the entertainment center, and I also put another small one on top of the boys' dresser. Papaw put up lights outside of the house that stretch over the walkway like a tunnel. Adam loves it as does a couple of his little friends who have also gotten to walk through the "tunnel."
Adam now thinks his mommy is pretty silly. Well, I guess I am, but the other day I ran over a sewer grate -- rofl -- and popped my tire, and bent the rim of my wheel. Truthfully, it wasn't that funny, yet I couldn't help but chuckle at myself all day. I just wasn't paying attention to where I was going. Luckily the kids weren't with me and I was at a friend's house. It has been very frigid here in Ohio. We have already gotten a couple of snows, but not very bad ones. Well, at least if it does, I have four new tires. lol.
Can't wait for Christmas!!
