Introduction
This week has been extremely busy for Nicholas. We
decided to leave our
home in the desert and head out toward San Diego to
celebrate an early
Christmas at both grandparents' houses. First,
Nicholas enjoyed a
"Christmas Day" at Grandma and Grandpa's "House by the
Beach." Nicholas
and Jacob saw their cousin Alex, and they all had fun
opening presents
and playing with their new toys.
We spent the next "Christmas Day" at the other Grandma and Grandpa's house. Again, opening the presents was a joyful celebration. Nicholas enjoyed opening a few of Jacob's gifts, too. Jacob didn't mind. He was too busy playing with the choo-choo trains.
We returned home just in time to celebrate the "December twenty-fifth" Christmas Day. With all the excitement earlier this week, Nicholas was glad to be home. A few days later, Nicholas' grandparents, aunts and uncles came here, dropping off the presents we left behind!
This holiday sure was a blast for Nicholas and his little brother Jacob.
Have a happy New Year!
Cristina, Nicholas' Mom
