Join Kate as she muses on the plusses and minuses of family life.
Introduction
Two Virgos and a Libra. Do I rely have to say more? We are a normal family, but what's normal anyway. My husband leaves for work in the morning, I take Ash to school, and then I work and clean until I pick her up at noon. We make a point to have fun around here as well; my daughter and I make crafts, garden, and walk along the bank of the lake in back of our house. We attend family events and do holidays, though we may have a few that are strange to some. Parenting. I never planned on being a Mom, for what ever reason the powers that be decided I deserved this huge responsibility. I can't complain though, things seem more magical now. Though I didn't ask to be a Mother I wouldn't trade it for any other job. Why am I writing this? The baby and toddler years went by so fast and I just want to make certain to really listen to the lessons my daughter will teach me. And I want to share my experience with you because I think my childless friends are sick of hearing about my kid. So I hope you continue to join me, and hope you feel as blessed as I do.
