Sunny Day Crafts
Escape the Heat With Summertime Crafts
By Kymberly Pratt
Rainbow Fun
You'll need: Long pieces of white butcher paper
Paint (colors of the rainbow)
Stapler
Large bowls

Here's what you do:
Staple the long piece of butcher paper to the fence outside. If you have a shaded patio, that would work too. If you do not have butcher paper, you can use paper grocery bags or any other kind of paper. Pour each color of paint into its own bowl. The kids can dip their hands into the red first and then make handprints all the way down the paper in red. Next, do orange, then yellow, then green, then blue and purple last. You've made a rainbow!
Note: If you use washable paint, this project could also be done in the driveway.
